Lizanne grew up in Philadelphia and developed an early appreciation for houses and quality building through her father's carpentry business. She reached Boston by means of Boston College and found her way to real estate after running a retail picture framing company on Newbury Street.  She has a GRI and a CBR certificate, as further education has always been important to her, but her greatest achievements have been in fostering positive and long lasting relationships with her clients.

On a local level she is active with Marshfield's Grad Night Live as well as fundraising efforts for the South Shore Charter Public School.  A terrific appreciation for the entire South Shore area allows her to present the area's amenities to her clients with honest enthusiasm.
