PHILOSOPHY

Marybeth Mills Muldowney uses the latest technology to service her Clients and Customers, and incorporates this into her established quality real estate service model.  She realizes that the process of buying and/or selling  a home or property can be one of the most stressful, confusing times of one's adult life and keeping this in mind she prepares you for the process, acknowledging that the age old adage "knowledge is power" is especially true in the real estate arena.

 

EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS

Marybeth has been a licensed real estate sales person since 1981 and obtained her Real Estate Broker's license in May of 2003.  Always seeking to expand her knowledge base, Marybeth attended Northeastern University and obtained a Paralegal Certification in 2003.  In 2009, Marybeth earned the GREEN designation.  The designation will help home buyers and sellers, who care about energy efficiency and environmentally sound building practices, identify Realtors^® who can help them meet their green home goals.

 

Marybeth has earned the GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), CBR (Certified Buyers Representative),  and CRB (Certified Residential Broker) designations as well as being one of the first Realtors in Massachusetts to obtain the GREEN Designation.  Marybeth was a 2006 graduate of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors Leadership Academy ( a year long program, similar to a master's program in business administration and management, being one of eleven participants chosen from across Massachusetts and New England, selection criteria is based upon being viewed as a Realtor who possesses the strengths and qualities needed to lead a large organization successfully and peer recognition as leadership material.) Also certified to assist you with International Real Estate and Relocation Matters.  Presently enrolled in Retirement Counseling classes to ensure her Clients success in Retirement Decisions. Additionally, she has attended numerous seminars and classes to assist and assure her Clients that they are dealing with a full-time professional real estate Broker.

2010 President  Plymouth and South Shore Board of Realtors (PASS) also member of Professional Standards Board,  Networking, Membership Committee and Bylaws Committee  of PASS, 2009 Chairperson of the Public Relations Task Force.

Member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR) also member of the Broker Owner Committee and Chairperson of the Business Development Council of MAR.

Member Participant in PASS, MAR, National Association of Realtors, MLS,  Realtors Commercial Alliance and MAR's International Council.

Active member of South Shore Chamber of Commerce, Plymouth Chamber of Commerce , Boston Chamber of Commerce, Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce  as well as South Shore Women's Business Network.

A lifelong South Shore resident, with only one of three children in college (Sean just passed the Massachusetts Bar! and Amy graduated Graduate Studies in Psychology and Andrew attending UMASS), Marybeth understands what your priorities are, and takes great pride in providing you with the very best customer service.  "My business is based on the referrals of my past Clients, Customers and Affiliates.  I have been able to excel in Real Estate because my clientele is my best source of advertising."
